I purchased a kitchen table and 6 chairs in April and was given an 8-10 week time-frame for delivery of my new set. It's now September and I haven't received a delivery nor have I received even a delivery date. At the 10 week mark I called Stanis to check on the status of my delivery. I was quoted two more weeks. Two weeks later I was quoted two more weeks. And so on and so on until today. I've been very patient without any complaints about this delay. Stanis is uncommunicative with me about my order (forcing me to call them, rather than calling me to inform me of delays and such) and they are unapolagetic about the wait (they have never apologized only blamed others for the delay). Today, I've been waiting for this kitchen set for a total of 19 weeks. I wish I had canceled the order when they failed to call me the first time it was late.
Overall, the store is very well stocked with current styles and a nice selection. However, I would be VERY wary of the timeframe they quote. And be prepared to have to chase down answers as nobody there will be proactive in communicating with you.

Great, friendly people everytime! While shopping for furniture items, I visited the Stanis store many times. The employees were helpful, informative and friendly. The furniture is good, solid, quality furniture and the prices are fair. Customers have the option of purchasing floor samples too(peices are marked) and /or scratch and dent items.. It is a good place if you are looking to get furniture quickly.. purchase from the floor(specific items only) or quick delivery(w/in a week) if the item is in stock.

This place has mid to nice range of furnitures- beats the snot out of what you get at Ikea, a little better than Marlo, but nothing awe-inspiring. Very large floor, and nice selection. So long as you want nice but not amazing furniture, you'll get it here and pay for it... the price follows the quality- not cheap, no real bargains, but not enough to morgage the house trying to furnish it.

This is a very nice mid-range furniture store. The items are of good quality and the price is always discounted. The staff has always been very helpful. They also have frequent sales.

This store is a great find. They buy discontinued furniture and sell it at great prices. Lots of selection, and the customer service is great. One thing - our items were back ordered for a long time, but they did give us the option to cancel. And free shipping!
