I have been a long time customer of the Koffee Kup. I have often taken customers to the restaurant for the good food. The wait staff over all is as good as it gets. I have a couple of problems with the place. The owner of the place, Mrs Evelyn North has a tendency to form dislikes of people and she will do everything she can to make you not want to return. Recently I had a very dear family friend in there for lunch and we ate our lunch. I had a chefs salad where they brought me four packs of crackers. I put my hands on all four but only ate two. The young lady was going to be working later and asked me if she could take the other two to work with her. I told her that would be fine. As I proceeded to pay my 18.00 bill and start to walk out the door, Mrs North stopped me and demanded I give her the two packs of crackers back that I paid for. As she continued to verbally assault me and the young lady I was with and bringing her to tears, I just could not believe the disgraceful behavior from the owner and the lack of respect she had for one of her most loyal customers. I must say that the experience there would have me downgrade this restaurant to a two star.
One final note; the owners son came to rescue me from the situation and I still go in there but the owners senile attitude remains the same.
