Christian's Pizza

This summer was my 1st visit to Charlottesville. We stayed at the Comfort Inn and quickly developed a Christian's pizza habit. We ate there several nights on our way back to the hotel. The pizza was some of the best I've eaten and the staff was very friendly.

This is my son's favorite place to eat & I enjoy it as well. We visit the new location at Pantops since it's closer to where we live. The restaurant is always clean, the staff friendly and the pizza delicious.

Good, pizza when its fresh, However the Pantops location would rather
sell you 4hrs coughed and sneezed on; cold, bottom overcooked tough,
dried up pizza behind the glass, before they would make you a fresh slice.
If you do not get there between 11:30 to 12:30. Plan on eating the description above. Very displeased! Better not toss that old and lose a couple of dollars or a write off. Keep on selling that crap to the I dont know how to speak up and say no! afraid someone will think they are causing a scene because they ask for a fresh slice of pizza. Man you people are hard up!

Going to Christians is a unique experience. They have any topping imaginable, use a ton of toppings, sell pizza by the slice, and warm in it in the oven right when you order it, so its fast. Don't forget to order a side of marinara sauce if you like dipping the crust. Polish the pizza off with a cold beer while enjoying the weather sitting outside on the downtown mall. They can get busy, so be ready to order

About 3 months ago, my wife and I went to eat Pizza and the staff would not serve us. We left and attributed the staff's unwillingness to serve us to the fact the restaraunt was busy. On Sunday, 29 May, 2:30 P.M. we went back a second time. This time the restaraunt was not busy. Again, the staff would not serve us. After 5 minutes of patiently waiting, I got the worker's attention and told him we would like to order. The worker told me I would have to wait until he served the couple that just walked through the door! I can only conclude the staff at Christian's pizza would not serve us because the restaraunt discriminates based on race. My wife is Asian and I am caucasion. Perhaps they don't like mixed couples or maybe they only cater to the college crowd. Whatever the reason, we will NEVER go back there. I suspect it was race because the black gentleman standing next to us received the same treatment. It was such a bad experience that I plan to inform all my co-workers and friends about what happened there.

A favorite of my family's on the downtown mall. Great pizza with tons of terrific toppings like artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, eggplant. My husband's favorite is the barbeque. It's a little pricey, but a good treat.

Anything you could ever want on your pizza they have... Vegitarian or spicy chicken, you name it they have it. The quality is very high as well, it is excellent pizza. I went their with a friend and he said it was the best pizza he had eatten outside of Italy.
