Ups Store

Every time I use these guys I always walk out with a smile. They treat me more like family than a customer. I usually visit them on my lunch break when I need to use them. My only complaint is that I always wind up running late because I spend too much time talking and laughing.

I have never been to UPS before and was very satisfied with the courteous professionalism they showed me at this store. I had, what I thought, a difficult project for them and they handled it with ease. I felt completely comfortable and confident that my package was going to get there safely. The gentleman there took his time with me and explained my options. I will definitely go back to that store and tell others not to go the post office. It was refreshing to run across people who care about their job for a change. So much so I want others to know.

I will admit they had 3 people running the registers for the first time. I have been in that store 3-4 times and have had nothing but trouble. Either they are training someone (shipping 1 small pkg took 15 mins), computers have been down or just poor customer service. I am going back to the post office. I weighed my item at home on my postal scale and $ on USPS.com but decided to go to UPS to avoid the long wait at the PO. They charged me $5 more for ground vs priority mail. Their sign states they sell post office supplies, stamps, etc but she told me with an attitude they don't mail post office items. I asked why there signs says they sell stamps. She gave me a look and said we are just out.
