Remick Ann - Volvo Medical Assoc

I was Dr. Christensen's patient for a year. Although I found her to be a very competent clinician, the staff at her office was less than cordial. Every time I stood at the window to pay my co-pay, the woman (each time a different one) didn't even make eye contact, let alone greet me. The staff doesn't smile. The nurse that Dr. Christensen had was not the brightest bulb in the box. She continued to call me at a number that I repeatedly asked her to remove from my chart. She lost a note, from the doctor, that I had to bring to work. She gave incomplete and/or confusing phone messages. I left the practice because of the staff, not because of Dr. Christensen.

I've been seeing Dr. Christenson for about 2 years and I couldn't be more pleased. She's a very qualified, competent doctor but also warm and respectful. The staff is also great and there is a lab in the building.
