This is another occassion where the guys at the desk weren't communicating to the guys under the car. I was told to wait an hour and then someone would get to my car. I was able to leave and return. I told the guy I could wait an hour once back. After waitina an hour and a half I went to the counter for an update. ""Oh there are still 2 cars ahead of you, it will be another hour "". Unacceptable! I had to get to work. It was at the most a 10 minute fix. Now I wasted 2 1/2 hours and have to find someone else to fix the problem. Very Upsetting.

Cons: poor communication

...I did, and regretted it. They actually broke a seal on my car(causing an oil leak), while doing an unrelated repair. And then after failing to convince me that the oil pulsing out of the engine "must have been like that when I came in", they couldn't manage to fix the leak after I had to return to the shop 3 times!! I finally went to another mechanic, who replaced the broken gasket the right way the first time. But their BS cost me almost $200 and A LOT of grief. If you try them, good luck. You'll need it.
