Sing Thai Restaurant

I love Thai food - I think it is my favorite. There are a lot of "okay" Thai restaurants in the DC area, and a lot of very "Americanized" ones too.

I've been to Sing Thai once. I thought it was very good and I'll try it again.

This place is has good Thai whether you eat in or take it out. Prices are very good, especially with 2 other Thai places within 1 block of Sing Thai. The place is a bit small, but the waitresses are extremely friendly and fast on their feet to get you your food.

PROS: Cost & Friendly
CONS: Not too many tables

This is my favorite Thai place in the DC area. Food is priced about average for a Thai restaurant, but the food is way above average. I love their panang curry and the catfish meal. They have a couple of outdoor tables, and the inside is very modern. It's small, maybe 15 tables, so call ahead or go at an off-peak time. It is located right by the Courthouse metro and the movie theater. Makes a great dinner and a movie night!
