Gold's Gym-Sterling

I needed to transfer memberships to another Golds and WOW! the approach here is don't ask the staff to do anything, Rafeal the GM was confrontational and defensive, and you wouldn't believe how rude and unprofessional Keisha the billing lady is. It says volumes about management there when they allow someone who 1. Can't construct a sentence in English correctly and 2. Has a I'm better than the customer attitude by being loud and cutting me off. I'm a non problematic member and have been with Golds for 2yrs now just go about my workouts, the first time I asked they do something for me,you just wouldn't believe how rude this woman was, service cannot be found here.

This is a great gym. Definitely the cleanest gym I've ever been to. Lots of nice equipment and great classes.
My only wish is that the employees would smile and greet people. Other than that, the place is great.

The gym has everything you need for a good workout. It has stair steppers, treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, cable crossovers, and the gym is spotless.

I have been a member of Gold Gym for a few years now and for a couple of years frequent this one more. Albeit smaller than the other ones in and around this area, it is welcoming and friendly. All the personal trainers are nice and friendly and the child care facility is good too.
