It was obvious that there had been some abuse in the past. Fur Factory was the third groomer that we took our dog to. The first two were unwilling to work with him. The staff at Fur Factory adjusted their grooming routine to help him, and kept us advised of this progress. This proves they are in the business that they love. The prices are great and my dog always looks great when he is done.
