5 Stars: Best in Bagels (by Brendan M.)

Bodos on The Corner has the best bagels I've ever had, and I've been eating bagels for a long time (even in NYC!). Conveniently located on The Corner (next to Starbucks) this is a great stop for breakfast, lunch, or even dinner if you're in the mood. If you can find a spot to sit inside, the dining atmosphere is fun: busy, nice furniture, cool wall mural.

5 Stars: Simply Amazing (by Kyle W.)

Bodos is by far the best bagel shop I have ever been to. They have a very wide selection of flavors and an even bigger selection of bagel sandwiches. The possibilities are endless. And to top it off, it's extremely cheap. Bodos is a great place to stop by and get a quick meal to eat, or to go with a group of friends, relax, and enjoy quality bagels. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves bagels.

5 Stars: The best bagels south of NYC (by Catherine Z.)

Really, there are no better bagels on the East Coast, except for NYC and its suburbs. Some places may come close, but they are just not the same. And, since the owner is, well, the owner and not a franchisee, these bagels are about the cheapest you get anywhere. Each time we find ourselves in Charlottesville, we buy as much as we think we can eat before they get stale (I think next time we'll start buying more just to freeze; they're that good).

PROS: Bagels. The Price.
CONS: The crowds.

4 Stars: The BEST bagels around (by Lauren B.)

Bodo's Bagel Shop is one of the first things that come to mind when I think Charlottesville. Thankfully here are 3 locations around town so when a bagel craving hits, you're bound to be near one of them! They are fantastic if you come upon them warm and are the best that I've come across. The outside of the bagels are a little tough and chewy and the middles are soft. They make any kind of sandwich that you can imagine and sell a large assortment of cream cheese spreads also. Try the fresh vegetable cream cheese! It's out of this world!

PROS: Delicious and affordable on a college kid budget
CONS: none
