Ethnic Markets, Restaurants, Traditional American Restaurants
Don Arturo Restaurante is an authentic Bolivian restaurant in Arlington. Here, you can find delicious, traditional Bolivian dishes and imported sodas. When you visit, you must try silpancho: a ground beef patty atop a bed of rice, and served with tomato, red onion, and fried eggs. Wash the meal down with an imported soda, like Inca Beer, and you will be transported to Bolivia, for an authentic, dining experience at Don Arturo Restaurante.

I have only ordered the silpancho, but it was pretty darn good. Imagine a plate of rice, topped with diced potato, pounded flank (?) steak, chilies, tomato, salsa and you have it, but the flavor is rich and unforgettable. Service was good, we were the only people there.
