Toys R Us

Toys R Us in Fair Lakes has a great store layout but it could really be cleaned up. I know that in a toy store kids throw things around but at 7 in the evening when I was there it was trashed. Hopefully they will hire some more floor personnel and keep things neater.

This store has so much stuff-- which is awesome. But the staff there has been hit or miss-- friendly to just not worth bothering with. They can be rude, talking out loud about things we don't need to hear; not including cuss words, which I hear plenty of when two girls are talking together. I think a lot of the past reviewers have this Toys r' Us confused with the Baileys-Crossroads store where a sex assault on a little girl happened, needless to say, parents need to take better care of their kids here. This store also needs to be cleaned!

The prices aren't half bad, though, and you can do most shopping here without having to go store to store. But yeah, fix this place up, they are in competition with Target, and Target isn't half bad either.

Generally this fits the TRU mold of big store - tons of products (too many) - and not too many people working there. The good part about this location is that parking is great and generally if you need to find someone (customer service or a question) there is almost always someone at the front counter.

This store has lots of products,toys,clothes,furniture,arts and crafts for kids,baby supplies.Every time we are there the staff is very helpful and kind.However a few months ago there was a sex offender there,who followed a child into the bathroom,but I guess that can happen anywhere.It's the parents duty to keep a better eye on her not the store staff.

I am sure these folks can do better. Some employees are not at all customer oriented. They are rude. Some days, the sales are very good. I think they just need a better manager to motivate people and organize things a bit better over here. They have a lot of competition from Target and Walmart nearby.

This place is a mess . ToysRus and KidsRus and BabiesRus all in one- Kids World does not do justice to any one of the stores.This place has the most rude,unfriendly staff for a toy store. Most of the employees ( half of them are teenagers out of school who don't give a dime as to what people are looking for ) here seem to be disgruntled , tired of their job, sick of their life in there - poor attitude - something you don't expect in a toy store . Even the employees on the floor, esp. in the babies section don't know about the merchandise in store, leave aside any knowledge about them and to top it all they seem so unwilling to help all the time.
Aisles are totally disorganised- toddlers toys next to KidsRus section while the rest of the boys and girls stuff is at the other end. The center of the store is an even bigger mess Imaginarium, Scholastic, Thomas, Crayola, Playdoh, books All in One- with hardly any space between the aisles to navigate a shopping cart or stroller.

This place needs a overhaul.

PROS: Biggest Toy store around this place
CONS: Very disorganised and unfriendly

Toys R Us Kids world is a combination of a standard Toys R Us and their clothing division, Kids R Us. Although it was a great idea, it resulted in a large and often cluttered store where it is hard to find employees to help. If you are familiar with Toys R Us and know what you are looking for, than it is a fine store to go to and buy what you need. However, if you may need assistance, you might be better off in a standard Toys R Us store

My children love going here because they have a great selection of toys. But the store is usually very messy but what can you expect of a toy store. The bathrooms are usually decent. I wouldn't let my child wonder off though because there was an assault on a girl in a bathroom there. So that makes me leary now. But in TRU's defense they fully cooperated with the police. The prices are overly expensive where you can go somewhere else and get it for cheaper.
