I took my 3 year old daughter to Gymstrada. She a fun time, the coaches were nice and friendly, but that was about it. The lessons were repetitive, she didn't learn anything new, and she did not get enough individual attention. The preschool classes were too crowded and many children were not paying attention to the coaches (running about, not listening, hitting other kids), which made it very distracting for the other students.

I was introduced to gymstrada by attending a birthday party.my two children loved it soo much that I deciced to enroll them in classes there. most of the coaches are experienced and know how to teach while allowing the kids to have a great time. they seem to genually care about the kids and enjoy what they are doing. I strongly recomend this place if you would like to add fun and fitness to your childs life. my kids comes home talking about it nonstop every week. definately a good investment. And the birthday parties are amazing, everyone had a blast. thank you coaches scooby and alan. they absolutely made it a special day.

Son (age 5) loved it. In the 3 passes he made during the 3 to 12 class he progressed from all help to no help with the cheese wedge. I love how the instructor was able to make my son believe he could "do it all by himself" and I did sign up after the free trial class.

The coaches are very polite and attentive to the children and do support self-initiated progress. I was happy my little one who is very tall seemed to feel at ease with the other children immediately (that was magical). The mixed boys and girls seemed to make that more like a class to him. Normally my son is very shy. Not this time!

I appreciated the welcome to my 22 month old daughter as well. They recommended the Hilltop parents with toddlers class. I am going in 2 weeks can't wait!

The girls were dying to take gymnastics classes, so we tried Gymstrada out. They did have a lot of fun, but I don't think they really learned anything. Many times, the instructors ran out of time or forgot to let some of the kids try out something new (one of ours missed out on doing a back handspring on the trampoline). They enjoyed it and everyone seemed really nice, but it would be better if they either had smaller classes or more instructors.

A fun program for the kids, but sometimes classes are too full and lessons are repetitive. Too much emphasis on the level students. Some unkind instructors at the Hilltop location. Hard to find Hilltop location with limited paved parking.

I disagree with Sarah U. The (talented) instructors at Gymstrada taught my daughter gymnastics very well. They were also able to do this and let her have a great time. I used to attend other gymnastics clubs in the area, but left and thought I would give gymnastics one more shot. Thankfully so, because Gymstrada fit the bill!!!

We signed our daughter up for gymnastics and decided to go through gymstrada. The teachers were no older than 17 and they didn't know how to work with kids at all. They didn't teach my daughter anything. Money wasted
