For the price 65.00 a night it's not worth it... it's in the category of a Dive. (not just my opinion) The room smelled like Urine. (not just my opinion) I cant say all of the rooms stink. The only thing this motel has going for it, is that it's next to a very nice Irish Pub. If I ever get back to this area I will find something else... my trunk smells better...

No frills here but if you want a quiet night's sleep on a comfortable bed in a very clean and well kept place, this is it! When I stayed in March 2007, the going rate was $60 plus tax. It's an older place with nothing fancy, but to my suprise the matress was high quality and gave a great night's sleep. Age works in the guest's favor in the bath, which has solid, well kept and cleaned real tiles still and a spacious tub/shower. Furnishings are otherwise worn but very serviceable and maintained. Safe neighborhood with the added plus of a great Irish pub/grill in what looks to have been the hotel restaurant long ago. Plenty of other choices in easy walking distance. Layout is great for others like me who ride on two wheels. Highly recommend this place for stopover by bike groups looking for good value in a sleepover with parking easily watched at night (did I mention Irish pub in parking lot with Guiness on tap?) Easy access off junction of Hwy 29 and Hwy 221 just as you exit toward Loray Caverns and only 30 miles from great m/c riding in Shenandoah National Forest, not to mention lots of good country roads around Warrenton itself for biking.

this motel is clean, tidy and well kept despite the fact of its age. The room was freshly aired, the bathroom was sparkling clean, the refrigerator was spotless. Staff is helpful in recommending local eateries and spots of interest, and will rush to bring you anything you need that they supply. Drink machines are well stocked, lot is well lit and swept, and beds are quite comfortable.

PROS: clean, comfortable room, reasonably priced
CONS:
