He was perceived as an ally/Friend immediately. His pleasant manner made working with sellers, bankers, and construction superintendents, "a piece-of cake!" Ed facilitated all dialogues with lenders, and prompted us to get the best mortgage with BOA. We could not possibly be happier with this professional. We bought our first home about a year ago..Initially our agent was good in explaining all the processes involved in buying a home. We looked at about five homes before buying, At the first the agent was nice and helpful.. but as time went by she started showing dissatisfation (thinking that we are not going to buy any home), eventhough it was a just a matter of 4 weeks before we bought the home. Everything went by smoothly, but we were a little unhappy with her behaviour.
