I have a new heating and cooling system installed by Airplus Air conditioning and Heating Company, and I am so pleased with their professional installation job they did for me. I would like to share this wonderful HVAC companies information with you. Anybody who needs heating and cooling service or a new system to please visit their showroom in Springfield. The company owner, Mr. Kim, will explain to you about the HVAC system s you need and he will offer you the best prices and warranties in town. They are he best. Call them. 703-451-0001

I have an 2 old systems in my house and found myself without A/C a few weeks ago. I knew I had been on borrowed time with my original contractor grade systems that are now over 20yrs old and have been anticipating a replacement for some time.

I have been reluctant to have any service contract because each vendor would come and just try to sell me a new system instead of giving me a service contract or fixing me up for a while.

When I called AirPlus on a Sat morning, they were there by 1pm and fixed my system and did not put a hard sell on me. Mr Kim is a man of honest integrity and really wants to build long term relationships with his customers and told me he could fix my current system if I wasn't ready to replace. He even offered to credit me back the money I spent fixing my system if I were to buy a new system in the near future.

This past weekend, my A/C went out on a Sat night and I called Mr Kim (on his cell phone that he gave me) and he said he could come by Sunday morning. Note, he would have come that night, but with his son doing Eagle Scout things... I like that he has his priorities straight there.

Call AirPlus if you want to deal with someone who will treat you with respect and give you advice as if it were their own house.

My AC went out on a Saturday and we suffered all weekend because I didn't think we could afford weekend rates but as it turns out when I called them on Monday, they said their rates are the same on weekends or weekdays!
They were able to come the same day. I had a serious problem, my breaker was broken and the wires in the junction box were fried. They did a great job at a very reasonable rate and fixed the whole system for me. Chris was a great worker and very personable. I highly recommend them! I am very happy as I sit here finally cooling off!

Okay here's the rundown. A couple of days ago our 12 year old AC died. I when and called Cyprus AC to stop by and check it out... They said it was dead and gave me a quote. Not to mention they charged $75 to say... it's dead. Thier quote was for a Carrier system and furnace for $7,800. I went and called another... they gave me a $7,200 quote. Finally, called Air Plus and they stopped by and thiers was $6,400. I'm not a rich man so I had to get the AC now and quickly.

Pros:
1. Prompt. They said they will be installing on Weds morning... they were here at 8am
2. Clean. They cleaned up after themselves. WOW... I saw them pull out the old system and the bottom was rusted and bits was falling off... Not one bit did I see in the basement, stairs or outside. That's professionalism.
3. Friendly... From the quote, to the contract signing, to the installation and completion. They were all friendly. Even the receptionist... she's great! You can tell by speaking to people if they are really good people or just acting nice because of the business. Air Plus folks are good people.
4. Local.... I was joking with the President telling them that I know where they live.. He said I am welcome any time at the office. They have tootsi-rolls!!!
5. Family owned business... I'm a big family run business fan. This is because they take value their name. If they provide bad service it's thier name and reputation on the line...

CONS:
1. I'm the first to review them on insiderpages.com. If more people reviewed them beforehand well... I wouldn't have wasted my time and my $75 on the other company.

Well... I am absolutely satisfied with AirPlus and highly recommend them.
