Mr. Kline will politely plead you guilty. He will dismiss supporting material, such as doctors and therapists - never contacting them to determine their value.
Watch out for referrals from this attorney.
My girlfriend was being treated for severe mental anxiety. An institution gave her two months of medication but did not monitor her. It turned out that she had a severe reaction to the medication. The institution would not schedule an appointment till two months passed, but gave her instructions to go the ER if problems resulted. The ER would prescribe one week of medication and also informed my girlfriend that there were effects, to get used to the medication. The ER crutch medication would run out and then the effect was back. On the second or third cycle the CVS pharmacist called the police on us. I was assaulted and incarcerated, my girlfriend was released from booking to hitchhike ten miles home in a medically impaired state. A friend found her nearly comatose that evening and called an ambulance to take her back to the hospital. She staid there for a week at which time they diagnosed her as bipolar and the institution was proactive in treating her lest they be sued.
I hired Mr. Kline to represent her case. Mr. Kline referred Mr. Donald R. Daugherty to represent me, stating that they would act as a team. They both were unprepared for the case(s). Mr. Kline was very polite and told my girlfriend to plead guilty of the crime of prescription fraud.

Damaging, disappointing experience financially and emotionally. Offers lots of advice and good will; is good with the phone, but did nothing to help win my case; did not argue in court; did nothing to meet my expectations or his own promises. Got his fees, gave me lots of futile, time consuming work to do, shook the hand of opposing party and said goodbye. Not a good deal; would not recommend.
