The engraving they did for me was terrible. I am embarrassed to even show anybody what they engraved. I was very disappointed. I strongly recommend you go somewhere else for engraving as you will NOT be happy if you use them.

The service at Gemstone Creation has always been excellent. Time for repairs has been within a week and sometime the same day. I find the owner Nancy [Sheldon] very knowledgeable with gemstones. I enjoy going into the shop to just look around. Also, her assistant, Karen is very helpful.
