This has been the WORST renting experience I have ever had. For starters, we contracted with this company to rent several hundreds of dollars of equipment for a festival. When we came to pick up the items, we asked for instructions. None of the workers could give instructions on how to set the items up, or how to clean them - in short all we heard was 'I don't know'. When we started our festival, we learned that several items were either broken, or we had not received all of the pieces. When we spoke to the owner to try and correct the problem, believe it or not, he began yelling and said that he would not issue a refund. Also, he said that the only way he would issue a refund (even though he acknowledged that his workers had forgotten to load all of the pieces of the items), was that if we drove back to his store which is 45 mins away from where we live - he would not issue a refund otherwise. After several messages to coordinate a time to meet him I managed to reach him on the phone. He again became belligerent, angry, and ACTUALLY HUNG THE PHONE UP! He has refused to issue any refund and now claims to have 'damage' to his items; however he will not issue any photos of the supposed 'damage'. We are out of alot of money. I would not recommend this business and would strongly suggest finding a more reputable company. I hope this helps.
