I couldn't agree more with the last posting. This place was trying to suck every penny out of my wallet for unnecessary treatment. WHO needs a vet's exam for 70 bucks just to get a cat shaved?

This place is a nightmare. I've never had a vet tried to coerce me into so many unnecessary services. Watch out for strange charges on the bill too. Make sure you understand everything you will be charged for beforehand . Their practices are not industry standard. I would never take my cat to VCA again. Terrible. Terrible experience. I do NOT recommend.

I never had a complaint about this place. Also, I live right by it so all my neighbors use it (if they have a cat) and I have never heard anyone complain about it once.
