The store is just like every other POS BestBuy. If this were not bad enough, when I called them for a TV repair, they told me that they did not have a repair person in my area. I do not exactly live in a rural area. I have a BestBuy within five my miles of my house and another going in seven miles away in the opposite direction. There are BestBuys in my area. What I hear is that the company is focusing on sales and forgetting the relationship once the credit card is run.

This best buy isnt the biggest one i have been to but it still is a good size. as with any best buy the lines could be a bit shorter but they still have everything under one roof so it balances out.
