this store has been serving the community for over 29years with 90% of the same staff for most of that time. i witnessed your tirade and you were NOT speaking to the owner he lives in GREECE. you were speaking with one of the managers who never used one curse word in any discussions with you. YOU opted to create a scene in an attempt to disrupt the business when you were not successful in frustrating the mgr. you and your husband tresspassed onto the premises and your husband threatened to maim the mgr. thats when i called the police. as intoxicating as you two were and let me add that the three policeman urged me to prosecute, we attempted to pacify you any which way possible........now here is where it gets funny.....CASEY auto group contacted the manager to claim the vehicle due to poor payment history and as a DAILYPRESS carrier i would think you know about delinquent accounts?!...in conclusion, god cant, wont help you when you attempt to defraud local area businessess...and i for one applaud the staff for the professional stance in the face of a delusional, racist, and tattered individual.....your car was repossessed by casey and here is there number 591-1600...as for you michelle plowman(360) 286.4995 your faint attempt to slander an A rating co. with the better business bureau by using extortion, violence, insults, slander, race card, i think you covered all viable attempts to defraud is perhaps the source of your frustration.

WARNING!!!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VECHICLE HERE. I WAS THREATEN WITH RACIAL LANGUAGE! YES THE "N" WORD. I took my car to Mr. Transmission, who claim to offer customers a Free Performance Check to help diagnose any problems my vehicle had. However, after taking my car to MR. TRANSMISSION, at 12598 Warwick Blvd, Newport News, VA phone # 757-930-0242, The owner lured me there with this same information quoted on the website. Which states, ??Our comprehensive Performance Check consists of a fluid check, road test, pan examination and lift inspection/diagnosis.This provides a complete diagnosis of your car's transmission performance and general operation,? (FREE).
The owner quoted me a price for a part with labor for all repairs. When I call to pick up my car, another price of $3300.00 for the transmission on the next day for repairs in which I did not request. The original agreement was to only to diagnosis and no repairs on the transmission instead it was taken out without my premission. So, Mr. Transmission is now holding my car for a diagnosis payment and storage fees and will not allow me to get my vehicle nor get any personal items located inside my car. I trusted that I would be in good hands with this company but instead was face with dishonesty and unfair business practices by this franchise.
After a heated dialogue with the owner, an officer was called by the owner, and I proceeded to the magistracy??s to file a formal complaint. The magistracy and the office on duty were fully aware of this franchise in VA and have encountered numerous accounts related to mine. The magistracy and the office on duty even stated, "this franchise in VA have had a number of cases in reference to this type of bad business practice." The Better Business Bureau have removed the business from their list of good business for the local communy. Don't even think about reporting any problems to their headquarters because they will not intervene for you, because they are making revenue from this franchise.

I called just to inquire about a car for sale..the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and impolite. He even hung the phone on me. I think first impression is important..professionalism is important and this business lacks both.

I took my car in for service when my transmission was leaking fluid. It was repaired by them but didn't last....turned out a seal had rotted, but, to my surprise they repaired it again (in record time!) and didn't cost my hardly anything extra. I would return to them again and again.
