Le Shoppe For Hair Of Reston

Without a doubt, the best pedicure I have ever had... and I've had many! Holly is amazing; she is so meticulous and thorough, she spends about an hour on my feet each time I go, and that's just for the regular pedicure... I don't even get the longer, more luxurious spa version. I'm an athlete whose feet take a beating regularly so I appreciate a place that really takes their time with the entire process and I am never disappointed here.

I strongly suggest making an appointment as they only have two pedicure stations.

When I was getting highlights they put me under a dryer. They had me sit down and the hair stylist put the hair dryer over my head so that I may sit and process. The dryer was so hot when she pulled it down she caught my forehead!

I know accidents happen...but they still insisted that I pay and never apologized! Horrible! I still have a scar on my forehead from that experience! Good luck.

A friend recommended le Shoppe to me and I made an appoinment with the co-owner. I went in for a root touch up and cut, but was talked into an entire head of highlights to correct 'damage'. The highlights were left on way too long so 2 different toner applications had to be used. I had big plans that night and because of the stylists mistakes she sent me out of the salon with wet hair!!! She said the salon was closed and there was nothing she could do. She charged me $250 and I didn't even get styled. I had to go home and do my own hair and was 2 hours late for my dinner date! Do not go to this place.

I was here once to get my hair styled. I must say they did a pretty good job of it. The shop itself was clean and thats really what matters to me. The people were friendly especially the person styling my hair. They took their time. I wanted them to make some adjustments here and there and they were good enough to do it. Price is also not bad. I would go here again and recommend them to everyone.

I visited this shop for waxing one day when I was in a hurry and it was convenient. The specialist did a very quick job (much quicker than I am used to) and more painful than usual. My skin was sensitive and broke out after the treatment. I think this service would have been alright if she had just slowed down more while performing the treatment. So, I give 3 stars because I think the service is average and satisfactory if you request the specialist to slow down if she goes too fast. Everything else seemed alright - ease of appointment, no wait, hassle free.
