Just moved to town and needed to restock on my stationary and a few gifts for friends. I love this store! They have the cutest stuff plus top-of-the- line stationary. Contrary to the reviews, I thought the customer service was fabulous. This one woman, older blonde, was super helpful without being pushy. I will definitely be back to this place and feel lucky to have found it.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever received! It cracks me up that at the top of their site it says "Customer Care Experts."

They say that they will provide a proof within 24 hours. Mine took 5 days. In the mean time I called multiple times, left messages (during business hours), sent emails and sent inquiries through the website and no one ever acknowledged my issue at all!

Then it took another 6 days to ship. The site claims that products will be printed and shipped within 4-6 days of ordering. Mine was 11. And again, numerous attempts at contacting them and no response. I finally was able to catch someone on the phone and they said the products had shipped and that they would email me the tracking number. No number ever came through and the item wasn't shipped until the next day. The information on my account never updated to show that the items had shipped either. I asked the girl on the phone and she said they don't update that information. What's the point then?

Customer care experts? No, definitely not. Don't waste your time or your money.

Despite calling and sending specific instructions on a three item order, the store could not process or ship my item in a timely manner. I spoke with the owner several times and still they couldn't get it done correctly.

I received my invitations from Paperbuzz and wanted to comment on the process. I saw this review on the company and felt it necessary to respond as my experience was just the opposite. I was very impressed with everything about the company. The whole experience was wonderful. I ordered Preppy Bride from Sarah Hicks for a bridal shower I hosted for my sister. Not only did she love the invitations, but I got many compliments on them at the shower. The proof came very quickly and the process was easy and stress-less. Working with the staff at Paperbuzz made my online shopping experience quite easy. I was nervous about the whole process at first, but will definitely be returning to Paperbuzz for all of my invitation and stationary needs.

I saw this site advertised in a major bridal magazine so I was excited to use them. I guess for the amount of money I was paying I expected that the save the dates I ordered would be really high quality. Bottom line: they weren't. They were a disaster!!!

I ordered the swirl magnet cards. First, you have the assemble the cards yourself- which was fine with me. The magnets had a peel off adhesive backing and you were supposed to press the printed paper front to them. Oh wait, too bad the paper fronts were slightly bigger than the magnets. Call my very particular but to me, it made them look sloppy and like a DIY project. Also, it caused problems when slipping them into the magnet holder as the corners could bend very easily if you were careful.

But by far the WORST problem I discovered only by accident. After mailing them out, one came back as I had written an incorrect address. I didn't want to waste the magnet inside so I opened the envelope and to my horror saw a practically MANGLED card inside. For whatever reason the magnet had slid around and the edges of the card that were not stuck directly to the magnet had ripped or were pushed in. It looked HORRIBLE. I was so upset and called a few friends to ask if theirs had arrived the same way. Some arrived just fine. Some did not. I was really pretty embarassed. I had hoped these magnets would look sophisticated and classy and "set the tone" for my wedding and they ended up looking like cr*p. Totel waste of money.

The reason I gave them 2 stars though and not 1 was that they were very patient working with me during the proofing process. However, once they had my money they didn't care. I called once and sent an email to customer service about the quality and heard NOTHING back. I really thought I would receive better treatment from a smaller company but I was wrong.

I am honestly so bummed about this. I was so excited and they were just such a let down :(
