I went to the service department for a sensor repair estimate. After the mechanic looked at the vehicle Tu Phung Certified Assistant Service Manager, told me how much the repair would cost and also informed me I needed 4 new tires. Three years ago I had purchased 4 Michelin tires from Bill Page toyota costing about $950.00. These tires were warranted for 60,000 miles. I now had 35,000 miles on these tires. They looked fine to me so I went to a Goodyear dealer who said the tires looked good and I should get at least 15000 more miles out of these tires. I went back to Bill Page Toyota for the sensor repair. I told Phung that Goodyear told me I didn't need new tires. Phung said he would check it out again with his mechanic. After the sensor repair was completed, Tu Phung Certified Assistant Service Manager, insisted once again that I must get 4 new tires. I called Michelin who said if the tires had not worn properly they would issue a credit of 42-50 % for 4 new tires. They sent me to an authorized Michelin dealer who evaluated the tires with his chief installer and told me the tires were good for at least 15,000 miles. I called Moji Ahmadi Service Manager of Bill Page & told him the story. He said he would check it out. He never responded. I called and met with China Arbuckle General Manager of Bill Page Toyota, she looked at the 4 tires and could not explain why I was told I needed 4 new tires.

BILL PAGE TOYOTA EMPLOYEES ARE LIARS & UNTRUSTWORTHY!
IT APPEARS THAT THEIR NEW APPROACH IS TO CON YOU INTO UNNEEDED REPAIRS!

I recently purchased a used Toyota Sienna from Bill Page. The sales staff was very accomadating and even provided a loaner car when addressing the "we owe" issues to prep our Sienna for sale. It has been only a week since we bought it, but so far we have been quite happy with our purchase. Buyers are always at an information disadvantage when making a purchase, especially regarding the respectability of the outlet. Hopefully, this review will help out a future buyer.

I used to like Bill Page Toyota a lot, everytime I call for service appointment, TU ( the service manager) was so accomodating and responsive. However, when I started complaining about the "engine light" coming on despite my RAV 4 being having only 35 k miles on it, I realized he was playing a trick on me. On several occasions, as soon as I pulled in the bay, he would quickly attached the diagnostic reader, then reset the computer. Thus, my complaint about this NEVER showed up on the invoice. The engine light dissapears for a few months, then returned. I just ignored it for several years until I brought my RAV 4 to a different mechanic who informed me that the check engine light indicates the need for a new catalytic converter which costs an arm & a leg. He said since I have only 78,000 miles on it, I might still be covered by a warranty. I quickly surfed the net and found out that Toyota had a "goodwill warranty" up to 80,000 miles on catalytic converter. Did I quickly return to Bill Page ( I bought my RAV new from them) and demanded that they replaced it and they did. Needless to say, they lost my trust from that point forward.

Moral of the story: Don't be too trusting, engage your instinct and pay attention to the check engine light. It would have cost me around 2 k to replace the catalytic converter had I crossed over the 80 k miles.

I took my car in for 60,000 mile service and they tacked a lot on. It was almost $2000 for a lot of little repairs that they insisted that I needed. They rotated my tires, removing the wheel lock from my trunk, and they did not return it. I have called about it several times and they have not returned my calls.
