I have a clock Thats been in my family for over 100 yrs, I always had it serviced by the Clock Shop, 5 years ago, they rebuilt the inside, cost around 600.00, it broke recently, my sister brought it to the shop today, they looked at it and said the clock wasnt worth fixing, it hadnt had anything done to it in over 30 yrs!!! I called and spoke to the owner who was rude, denied anyone in his shop could have EVER done work on it!!! I have recommended them many times over the years and will NEVER do business with them again!!!! Do not go here!!!

I LOVE the Clock Shop of Vienna. I have taken my antique mantel clock to be serviced there for years, and whenever I need to buy a new clock (as a gift or for myself), I shop there first. I recently inherited a 100-year old clock that wasn't working properly. The owners helped me carry the clock from my car, opened it up, and after tinkering with it for several minutes, they fixed it! They didn't even charge me. That's service! I highly recommend the Clock Shop of Vienna.

I kept looking around web for a clock with chimes but that I didn't have to wind. I actually found this site through a video service. The Clock Shop of Vienna's website had videos of the clock playing the chimes and I had to have it. Within just a couple days later, I had my new beautiful clock all the way from somewhere in Virginia. If I'm ever in DC, I'll have to swing by and see the actual store.

The Clock Shop offers a huge selection of fine clocks and service that you will simply not find in the DC area. It was Christmas Eve 2007 and like many other last minute shoppers I was looking for just the right gift and after visiting several Washington DC area clock shops, I finally found not just a perfect floor clock, but also something that I didn't expect to find in a Washington DC area business, a staff of folks, all family members, who were committed to not just making a sale, but also in starting a longer term service relationship. After encountering a seasons worth of rude drivers and equally rude sales people with clearly no vested interest in ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction, I was stunned to find such an exceptional shopping experience and quite frankly found myself not wanting to leave. Finally, to prove just how committed the Clock Shop Of Vienna is to building a long lasting customer relationship, they offered, YES OFFERED, to deliver and setup our clock AFTER they closed for the holiday. It was 2pm on Christmas Eve and within 2 hours of my purchase, Aaron, the owners son who was home from college for the holidays, delivered the clock wearing white gloves. After spending close to an hour setting up and demonstrating the features of the clock, our new floor clock is standing beautifully in our home. Folks, to witness the 8th world wonder, visit and see for yourself.

A huge selection is offered, and they are all definitely quality clocks. You will be amazed! One block off of Maple Avenue - one of those shops that you stumble upon while walking through Vienna. I love to go in and browse occasionally, the craftsmanship is unbelievable. I'm hoping for an early birthday present from here!

Very efficient employees who are able to fix nearly any clock problem. I have used them to fix both a large grandfather clock and a small mantle clock, both of which were done right. They are costly though.
