Baby Toddler and preschool Land of Vienna is the worst place to ever send your child or children because the director Wendy is unprofessional and the owner only cares about is the parents money and she doesn't like to pay her staff. Baby Toddler is the absolute worst child care center in the world because many of the teachers there can not read and write english well at all or speak english good. Also the director's daughter is suppose to be working there but never is doing anything just like her mother and she acts like a baby herself instead of an adult.

Baby Toddler and Preschool has provided care for my children for several years. The teachers have always been so caring and loving and the director has always been accommodating to me. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs childcare. Keep up the super job.

My daughter has been at the Vienna location for a while now. She is always happy, well educated, and well taken care of. The staff, starting at the top, are absolutely dedicated to the children and to there profession. Most of the teachers have been there since before we started. My daughter, my wife and I could not be happier. We would recommend Baby, Toddler and Preschool Land to anyone in need of care.

Baby, Toddler and Preschool Land is a wonderful caring place. The staff are so kind and nice, you know your children are safe and well taken care of. I have never had and second thought. It is obvious how hard they work, and the love that they show our children. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE. I had looked at a lot of other schools but once I have checked with the department of Licensing for childcare I would never choose any place but Baby toddler

I have had my children at Baby, Toddler and Preschool Land for several years. I have had nothing but a wonderful experience. All of the staff are warm and loving. They care about my children and about everything they do. Education should be exactly what Baby, Toddler and Preschool is -- Wonderful. Baby, Toddler and Preschool is a family, it is not a huge chain -- so they were always willing to help me if I had a question. Many of the teachers have been there for a very long time, most of them since my oldest child was an infant (she is now nine). The longevity of the staff was very important, becuase we could always count on them. My children cried when we had to move to a new state and new childcare.

Please take note of the name of this institution: "Baby Toddler Preschool." Not "Baby Toddler Preschool and After-school." They seem to provide adequate care in those first 3 areas, but for the first time ever I have pulled my kids out of a program mid-year, because I was so unhappy with the service provided. The kids, who should be upset at having their lives disrupted, skipped out of the parking lot on their last day.
The after-school program is located in one virtually windowless basement room, which houses approximately a dozen school age children. My 3rd grader was 2 years older than anyone else in the room, so she was felt not only isolated, but that she was being treated like a baby. This situation may change, but I wouldn't count on it.

This room is staffed by 1-2 adults and a teenager, the daughter of the center director. The teen is the only one who is fluent in English. This is a big responsibility to put on a young girl's shoulders, and sadly, she was not up to the task. The relationship between her and my older daughter, who is ADHD, was a special problem. Again, working with special needs kids takes a great deal of patience and talent, and I do not fault this adolescent for not being able to handle my kid -- some days I can't either. But I'm certainly glad not to be paying a teen to fail at it everyday.
The two adults are kind, but have trouble maintaining discipline. More disturbing, during the first hour of after school care, which is dedicated to homework, neither of them was able to read and understand the instructions for my 2nd and 3rd grader, and the teenager wasn't available that early. (either school or after school activities, I expect.) My kids are bright and could normally do the work independently -- but again, I ask myself, what the am I paying for?
If the weather permits, the kids are allowed outside, but all the playground equipment is sized for babies, toddlers and preschoolers. The teachers won't let the kids outside if there is snow on the ground, or it is too muddy, or if it is raining or snowing, in part because nothing is paved and the ground slopes tremendously. As a result, when I picked my kids up after being locked in the basement for 3-5 hours, they were a little bit jumpy.
When the kids are not outside, the teachers attempt to keep them occupied by arts and crafts projects and doing worksheets. Most was geared towards the youngest and least English proficient kids in the class, so my kids were bored. There were board games for them, but they are all old and missing pieces, and many are no longer playable.

We moved to Vienna in July, and by the time we found a house and knew what school district we were in, all other after-school options were full. Since this center has a great location -- less than 1 block away from the school -- we should have been more suspicious. We put ourselves on the SACC waiting list in the fall, and got in March 1. Now, for half the price we were paying at BTPL (for our income bracket, SACC costs just under 500/month for 2 kids, instead of 230 per week) , the girls are in two above ground .rooms each twice the size of their old room, have access to the school gym, playgrounds and other facilities, have qualified professionals taking care of them, and both have friends their own age. And after-school snacks are thrown in two, so I have fewer juice boxes and snack foods in the house now -- another savings. We couldn't be happier.

This is the best thing to happen to me! The people who take care of kids are so warm and friendly that you dont have to think twice to send your kids to this daycare facility. I leave my son here during the school holidays and many other times when I have to go out of town and cant take care of him. They teach kids in a fun manner and lessons can range from learning numbers and letters to identifying shapes and colors. They arrange fieldtrips like trips like the most recent one to a Pizza factory and my Kid just loved the Halloween parade! They also assist kids in Potty Training and breaking some habits like Pacifiers and sippy cups. I would always recommend them to anyone who needs to find a loving Daycare facility.
