I took my car in for a inspection and of course they rejected said that my rotors were rusted and that they could not pass them I also had them change my oil I refused to let them fix my rotors until my husband looked at them he could not see where they weren't road legal even had another mechanic look at them who is VA certified my husband took it back into the owner and they would not even look at it.. I had a state trooper meet me the following Monday and before I could even meet with him the shop told him that I was trying to fool them by changing my brake pads which WE DIDNT they cop took their side not even looking at my car.. They moved my seat all around up down back and everything along with my mirrors! THEN I could not figure out why my car was leaking oil so bad, the IDIOTS didnt even tighten the oil filter so it was leaking a quart of oil a week or more!! WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK!!!!

They over charged my labor fees when they only worked on my car 1/2 the time as I was able to view them from the seating area. The front office blonde haired lady is ecpecially rude. She has very poor customer service skills. When I questioned the charges she got Irate with me and in front of other customers, It was the worst exsperiance of my life. I will never go back. I originally went in to get an oil change and car inspection. I ended up paying 400 dollars worth of services 161 of that was for labor charges, so 2 hours worth of work. They did not work two hours on my car, and I agree the Blonde haired middle aged woman needs to find another job not dealing with customers as she is very disrespectful and disregards any concern you have, I told her she was acting unprofessional and her response to me in front of other customers was I DONT CARE!!... Worst place EVER!!

Ok first of all id like to say ive never actually got so annoyed with someone in customer service where i was to the point of flippin s**t! But then came J&N car care. Smh...the blonde haired middle aged lady with the fake smile should just leave, shes the reason my a** isnt going back to that place. I had gotten my car inspected there(worst decision made) and it didnt pass bc some parts were bad (apparently) so they wnted to charge $850 to fix it. I said hell no! They put a rejection sticker and i took it to a buddy of mine who was a mechanic and got the things fixed and some of the things listed didnt even need to be chaneged-_- but he did it for $350. Alottttt cheaper. And so i decide to take it back within the 3 days of the first inspection with everything fixed. Go in at 10am one tuesday morning, nope come back at lunch time...ok i go back at 12..blonde lady(can u come again in the afternoon? Umm ok? I just waited two hours so i go bavk around 3 and she still says wait and hour and 30 mins...by this point im annoyed and pissed i waited all day....i come back at 4:30 for her to tell me they stop doing inapections at 4! Wtf, i litteraly wanted to smash my fist across her face and she had the nerve to say oops im sorry come thursday morning. ,,,(b**ch we all have jobs, and are REALLY busy unlike you) ugh never afgain will i go there except my reinspection which will cost me a $1 thats the only reason..not satisfied

While traveling through Harrisonburg I noticed coolant leaking when I stopped for gas. I looked for a garage and came upon Speedee. As soon as I arrived the nice gentleman with the Snap On hat (wish I could remember his name, it started with A C)came out to see how how he could help me. He was so kind and courteous that I knew I found the right place. After fixing my problem I was ready to pay. Well, the blonde with the bushy hair & too much make up was too busy on the cell phone to help me. I even went as far as to walk outside to get her attention but that didn't matter to her. So after 15 minutes she finally came in. No apology she seemed to think it was funny I had to wait. With the exception of this girl I would recommend this business. Hopefully she won't be there if I ever make it back again.

My wife and I began using Spee-Dee (now J&N Car Care) the same year they opened. We used them mostly for oil changes and small repairs and were generally satisfied with their service and price. However, recently, after having $750 of routine maintenance done on my car there, it died before I could drive the 15 miles to my home. I returned the car to the shop and was advised that the problem was "coincidental" to the work they did and that the fix would cost another $200. I gave them the go-ahead but researched the problem on a car forum. The price for the part they replaced was $89 but they charged me $169 for it. I complained and the bill was reduced to $145. Needless to say, I am looking for a new shop.

The franchise owners are great (the older couple), but the middle aged blonde bit** in customer service should find another job. I've been there four times; twice the older lady took great care of me, but the other two times (no older lady around) the blonde was very rude (one time, I left and told the bit** she was being rude and I was going to come back when the real owners were there to offer good service. So I did)
