We had our cars serviced there several times in the past, overall, it was good. We had coupons for oil changes, and the price was pretty resonable after coupons. It was just sometimes seems they didn't like us only using their low-priced services with coupons, and not other more expensive ones they had recommended. So we felt they were not that polite. Aslo, we bought most of the tires from them, so they did free rotation every 7500 miles. that was good. One negative thing was once we had a flat tire on one car and needed to purchase new ones. We had a coupon so we called them up and was given a price quote. Then we drove there, and they said something about not being able to give that price. So we had to come back and went to another store.
PROS: good price with coupons
CONS: Feel not welcomed if using only their low-priced services
