My 1999 Dodge Durango had developed a transmission slippage issue. I had taken it in to a Dodge dealer and they told me I needed to shell out $3800 for a new transmission. I know enough about cars to know that my transmission was not so bad that it needed a replacement. I took my Durango into Lee Hill Auto Service and from the moment I walked in the front door, I was greeted warmly, courteously and professionally. I explained the issue and Lee Hill Auto got to work. In short order (the next day) they called me and said my problem was with a throttle position sensor (a $100 part). Boy was I happy. I gave the OK to do the repair and while the car was with them I had other work done: transmission flush, repair of my driver side window (the regulator assy was broken), replacement of bad wiper blades and a State inspection.
I really appreciate their honesty and prompt service. I will not take my Durango to anyone else going forward.
