If it wasn't for the fact I like my Dr so much I would go elsewhere. Actually Dr. M. is the best I've ever had. The front desk recept. with the dark hair had a patient in tears. She belittled her in front of a waiting room full of people. The poor patient was crying so hard she had to be taken to the back &amp; consoled. When patient's come to the Dr. it is usually because they are sick &amp; the last thing they need is to deal with nasty personnel. My advice to the front desk help... you know who you are, is if you hate your job this much, find another one. You don't need to be dealing with the public!
