I attended a Christmas Party at this hotel, the food and decor were amazing. But I reserved a room for the night and was highly disappointed. For what I was paying I should have gotten a higher quality room. The comforter was ripped and there were towels on the floor like the room had not been cleaned. If you are planning an event at this hotel I rate it high, if you are planning staying, think again.

The rooms are very modern and contemporary decor and the location superb. We stayed its newly renovated room and the room was very nice with fantastic river view. The hotel is located next to the marina and downtown area. The only downside was a small amount of construction going on (because its renovation), Onsite dining was affordable and tasty.
Overall a great stay and we would definately stay there again.

Cons: hotel construction
The hotel room was small and smelled like ciggarettes. When I complained to the front desk, they said all the rooms were nonsmoking. There was stains on the carpet and the sink of the bathroom. I woke at 7am due to the construction in the room next to mine. They have a complimentary breakfast buffet, but it was absolutely terrible. Literally, the only good thing about this hotel is the location.
Pros: Location in town
Cons: Room smelled aweful, looked poor, and was very overpriced
