Harris Tire Co

I have been going to Harris for over 6 years and they have a tendency to fix your car when they said they would call you. I had a $200 bill that I was quoted for and I ended up paying over $1000! DONT GO THERE!!!

We brought our car to Harris tire for years for tire's and regular maintenance. The price was a little lower than a regular mechanic, but the service was reliable and the turnaround time was reasonable. I have confidence in this business because they have proven to us over the years that they aren't out to gouge us each time we come in, but rather they build their business on trust so that you come back again and again.

I had an appointment on Saturday monring to have my car looked at. They brought me back to my house and when I did not hear from them by 4:30 I started getting worried. I called them and no one would answer their phone. Since I have a company vehicle I called the place who authorizes repairs and they informed me that NO ONE had called them all day to ask for a repai estimate. So now not only is my car not diagnosed, it is also not fixed AND I do not have a car for the whole weekend. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE IN LYNCHBURG WHAT KIND OF TREATMENT I RECEIVED! There are other places to go.
