I will never use them again and would not recommend them. Their customer service needs significant improvement. I brought in my laptop for diagnosis and repair. Each time I called for an update (I was told I'd be called), whoever answered the phone couldn't provide info. After a month of waiting for an 'overnighted' part (per Ken), I decided to just give up on them and fix it myself. I called (Ken) on Saturday to have it put back together, he said it would probably be Mon when it was ready. I called Monday (because again, I had not recieved any call), and he (Ken) said they're working on it now it should be ready at 4. I went to the store at 5, he (Ken) checked on it and after waiting for 30 min, I was given my laptop. Which had obviously JUST been put back together while I was standing there. After picking up the laptop I noticed that it had a different keyboard than I brought it in with (which was in worse condition than my original AND had nothing to do with the issue I brought it in for). I called the store (Ken) and was told that he would dig through a pile and find one that was more suitable to me. So they didnt even keep track of my actual keyboard. I opted to get my own NEW keyboard. So I ordered the new parts myself (now including a new keyboard that I didnt originally need. When working on my laptop, I discovered that not only were SEVERAL screws missing internally and externally, it was also missing internal pieces which included my modem AND the hard drive connector. Which means, they didnt put it back in. So when you boot up the computer (now that I've fixed it myself) it can't boot up because it doesnt see a hard drive BECAUSE ITS NOT CONNECTED!! Another phone call back to Ken to explain what was missing (he never seems surprised or effected) he said he would put the parts up front for pickup. The parts were picked up, my laptop is now successfully repaired (by ME) and working great. Whoever worked on my laptop and whoever accepts and stands behind that quality of work, should be ashamed of themselves. Even if this experience had gone better, I wouldnt ever go back based on the customer service and attitude alone.
