Great Clips

I'll be sure and never go to Great Clips on Carl D. Silver. The Great Clips at Harrison Crossing & the one on Route 3 near Leavells is great! Judy is my hairdresser and she is the best! The personnel at both of those places are really nice. Again, I'll never go to the one in Central Park. Thanks for the tip.

I had my hair cut and was very specific with Sharon the manager who was cutting my hair. I also asked her to style it. The style was so terrible that I ended up leaving the store with my hair in a pony tail and a baseball cap. I got home and redid my hair and saw that it was about 3 inches longer on the right side then the left and it was just so much shorter then I would have ever asked for. I called that night and said that I wanted all of my money refunded. they told me to come in and they would take a look at it. I went in the next day and Sharon looked at my hair and she said it sure is longer on that side. She said sit down and she would fix it. I told her I was going somewhere else. She then started walking to the register and turned around and put her finger in my face and told me that I had a bad attitude. I was in shock and didn't know what to say. She then told me she was only refunding my hair cut. I told her that was not there policy and proceeded to call my mother who had managed that store a few years before. She asked me what I was doing and I told her I was calling my mother. She said to me "what the hell does your mother have to do with this" I told her that she new the policy and could let her know. She then took $12.00 out of her drawer and threw it at me! I have never had such bad service in my entire life. What ever happened to the customer is always right. I ended up having to go get it done elsewhere and it is now so short I can't even put it in a ponytail.I did contact the corporate office every day and have not received any return phone calls from the owner so have now filed a complaint with the BBB. Hopefully they will get some friendlier staff in there that actually knows how to cut hair!!!!

I am very upset about the service and haircut I received here.The stylist was rude to the elderly lady before me because she didn't want to buy any of the products..That should have told me something.However, I let her cut my hair.I wanted to cry.I had a picture of a cut I wanted needless to say the one I received is about 4 1/2 shorter and chopped,I am missing big hunks out of the back! Also, my 3yr old needed to use the restroom before we left..She said no we don't have restrooms for customers! What a joke
