Contacted dealer early in the day about a lease for an Odyssey. Heard back promptly and made arrangement to see the car the same evening. Took a test drive and decided to move forward. Everything went well. I think I was lowballed on my trade-in, but that was my decision to sell for the price offered.

It was a great, easy, and seamless experience. I benefited from the fact that I knew what I wanted already and what I planned on doing, I just needed to wait until the car I specifically wanted became available. I spoke with Liubov previously about the 2017 Civic Hatchback that recently released and to keep me updated on when new colors and models become available to see and test drive. She kept me up to date via email and finally text as things started to come together. She never bombarded me with emails or calls. There was a nice flow of communication when needed.
The rest of the staff was very friendly and offered assistance from the front desk reception to the financing, and the final customer representative who filled me in on the customer appreciation night that is coming up to learn more about my purchase and benefits with Bill Page Honda.

The service was excellent! I didn't feel uncomfortable or pressured to make a decision I wasn't comfortable with. Liubov was very helpful and patient. I had a ton of questions and she was very informed on the car I was looking at. If she didn't know an answer she immediately sought after someone who did so I didn't leave the dealership unaware. We also worked with Imran and he was very professional, personable and fair the whole time. I highly recommend seeing both of them at Bill Page Honda in Falls Church. This being my first car I've purchased, they made the experience a delightful one.

I am still having very good luck with Bill Page Honda after about 25 years. I bought a used Civic when I retired in 1991 that lasted for 15 years thanks to excellent servicing. I bought a FIT in 2007 that is still going strong today for the same reason.
I rely on Mr Watkin's excellent technical advice on how to get the most our of my car.
I recommend Bill Page often.

When I first entered the service dept the 2 service people had their heads in the computer with no customers seated next to them. I went to the one I knew from the past. They appeared a little annoyed that I past up the person at the desk to the right but warmed up as we discussed my service concern. I asked for a state inspection and they were kind enough to ask if I needed a emission check too. VA inspections are always confusing to me so I was glad they asked though I didn't need the emission inspection. I informed them I would be in the other building when the service was completed. They came an got me when my service was completed. I was happy to see that a car wash was also completed in the visit.

Cassie was extremely helpful. She was calm, organized, and kind. She completely took care of the issue (bad battery at 6 pm) and also arranged for a ride home, and then back again in the morning to pick up the car. She's great!

I have leased two cars from there and bought one of them. Then I brought my wife's business there. Now her car is in my name and vice versa. I requested this be straightened out several times and have been ignored.

In addition, it seems like the service department is going downhill. It used to be good, but now seems to be aggressive in trying to sell extra services. My car has electric power steering, and while my car was in for an oil change a kid called me up and told me I should flush the power steering fluid. I asked if the manual called for that, and he said, "Yes." There is no power steering fluid to flush in a car with electric power steering!

Since then, the tranny went bad before 100K, the radio has been replaced three times, and the paint pealed off under a recall. They repaired it after six visits. It started pealing off within 12 months and the refused to repair it. Why by a Honda from this company or this dealership?

We had a $8 off coupon for an oil change. They tried to charge us $48 just to check the cabin filter for our van. The part would be extra if we needed one. We bought our van there but will not go back for service. Jiffy Lube checked it for free.

Their service is abysmal. I brought my Accord in twice to have them look at a transmission leak. Both times they claimed that it was fixed, however they didn't actually fix it either time. I had to take it to an independent shop who corrected the issue. DO NOT GO HERE.

Their professionalism attracted me the most to them.What so ever problem with my new car, i can take it to them without cross checking and they always come out with a nominal price.they have special deals with the used cars and the cars undergo every procedure to look new .Their service is too good .

I hate paying dealer prices for repairs, but at least I know it's getting done right.
Sandy in the body shop is really on top of things and has (on more than one occasion) even ordered parts for me before the repairs were authorized by my insurance company to make sure my car got fixed as soon as possible.
