I am quite pleased with the service COA has been providing my family with for over a year now. Both my kids are developing well and learning tons! Teachers always take the time to talk to me and keep me updated on everything! I love it!

I wish I could stay at home with my baby, but I can't and thank god there is Children of America! Their infant room is very clean and the teachers are very attentive. They communicate very well with us and they are great even when I am not

My son loves this school! He is happy when Grandma drops him off and he is happy when I pick him up. I could not be more satisfied with this school. My husband and I both agree that the safe and happy environment provided at COA is way

I Love the deacon road COA. I have had my child (starting in Infant A) there for 4 years. I have always felt like the teachers really do care for my child. I think that the teachers in infant A are wonderful! As for providing your own milk when i took my child off of formula they would provide whole milk for us, they did say that if my child need something like soymilk that i would have to provide it, but that it acceptable! The director's there are amazing and they know your child and give hugs when they are leaving. The teachers follow a very strict daily schedule and curriculum. One thing i really like about this daycare is that if there was incident with my child i would recieve a write-up for with very detailed explination to what happened and steps that would be taking to make sure it didn't happen agian. And if your one of those paranoid parents, they offer a live streaming camera in every classroom for you to monitor your child on a computer.

That's horrible. Bringing in your own milk?? I have NEVER heard of that! My children came from Minnieland and switched over to Children of America. BEST DECISION I EVER MADE!! My child was rushed in an ambulance from Minnieland to mary washington for a broken nose. He hadn't even turned 3 1/2 yet. Worse feeling ever is to get a call that yoru baby was taken by ambulance to the hospital because of an accident in a licensed overpriced daycare. That's what I was paying them for?? I will NEVER got there again. I am sorry to hear that you had such issues at COA. I dont' work there and have no reason to say anythign good about them except for the experiences I have had. My children came from teh Deacon road center and it's ABSOLUTE WONDERFUL!!! Shirley is the director there and SO GREAT!! Really on top of things! Very organized. LOVES ALL THE KIDS! I jsut recently moved over to Bluemont Crossing because we just moved so far it's going good. The director Mary seems really great. Again so sorry to hear about that problem. I would of called corporate. The corporate office is EXTREMLY resoponsive and I am sure they would of taken care of anything like that. Good luck in finding a new daycare. I have two kids myself and I know it's one of teh hardes and scaries thigns but when you find a relaly good one trust me it's really worth it!

I had my infant daughter at this children of america for 13 months. In the beginning they were very good but then people started quitting and they kept bringing in these people that knew nothing about taking care of babies. Then they decided to fire the manager because she wasn't profitable enough. Then they decided that parents have to provide their own milk for babies off formula so we would have to bring in a half gallon of milk every day and take it home in the afternoon! And every day I picked my child up she needed to be changed and/or fed because they weren't on top of things. Also, almost everyday I would pick her up there would be dried food all over her face, they never cleaned her after she ate and it was because they didn't want to hear or cry. This place is awful! As I was leaving I found out that 3 other infants were also leaving because they had so many problems. Please never take your child to this place!
