This Williams and Sonoma, located in the Market Commons in N. Arlington, proved and excellent place to take advantage of my friends' wedding registry. The sales staff was very helpful when I was looking for items on the list. The wrapping job they did was to die for! Fantastic...the wrapping made the gift look like it cost much more than I paid for it. They have great clearance items in the back....the bundt cakes are fantastic!
Ohla..la. This store prides itself on its haughtiness. But not to say thats a bad thing. (This is a store for the discerning chef!) They do have very nice things inside. If you are looking for that pink KitchenAid mixer to match your embroidered pink placemats, they have it. If you are looking for $24.00 chocolate cake mix, then this is the place for you. And sometimes, if you are lucky, you get the opportunity to sample their $12.00 a piece Chinablue Dipping Sauces. Seriously, though, Williams-Sonoma is a very classy store. I just think it takes itself a little too seriously. I mean $24.00 for cake, mix cmon.
PROS: Expensive, but may be worth it.
CONS: Is it really worth it?
