This dealership and it's personel are the best. I always feel welcome when I come in. I have had my car for about 2 years and have never written in, but after I read the couple of bad reveiws I had to write in and defend them. This is the only place that I would buy or service my Mazda.

If I could give them no stars I would. This place absolutely ripped us off and then acted like jerks. First off, I bought an rx 8 r3 from them and was thrilled to have it, the customer service was OK at best when I bought it. Then, after 6 months, I noticed my low oil light was on and my mileage wasn't nearly as high as it should be for the oil to be low. So I called this dealer and asked why the oil was low only for them to tell me that I'm supposed to check the oil every other time I fill it up with gas. I immediately got mad because NONE of the sales people told me that when I bought the car, don't get me wrong because I probably would have bought the car anyways but it's just the fact that they didn't tell me about it. I could have seriously messed up the engine because they didn't tell me about the oil. And yet the sales person, even the manager, was rude. So I drove back up there because I wanted to sell my car back to them even though I love my car I simply refused to do business with them anymore. While discussing with the owner of the place about why I was trying to sell the car back he immediately blamed the problem on me and after discussing with him further he just left the table in the middle of me talking to him. Through the whole conversation he would accuse me of lying and he kept saying "well you came to us". I have no idea what would possess a person to act this rude but I will definitely do everything I can to inform people of their lack of professionalism. I have bought Fords, Cadillacs, Mercedes Benz and NONE of those dealers were EVER as rude as this place. The owner of the place had the attitude of a teenager and kept accusing us of lying. I love my car but the people here were so rude that I would trade my car in for a prius just so they wouldn't get my business anymore. Please do me a favor and DO NOT go here. Completely rude. If you wanted to get treated like crap then this place is for you

I dropped my car off for service at Mazda and went there when it was ready to be picked up. AFTER I paid $600 for the service and waited 20 minutes, I was informed that they could not locate my keys. After another 30 minutes, I was told they could not find my car either. Mazda said it was test driven that morning and they don't know what happened to it. They said sorry, I will have to file a police report and there is nothing they could do.
I returned the following morning to request a rental car at the very least and was denied. I demanded a refund on the services I paid for the previous day and I was denied. I'm told I need to handle this all myself through my own insurance company and that Mazda will take no responsibility for this.
6 days later, I am finally getting a rental car. I'm told I will receive a refund but have yet to see it. And what about MY CAR? Nothing. No car. No I'm so sorry we screwed up. No compensation, no apology, no nothing.
I now have to reach into my own pocket and pay for an attorney. Thanks Mazda. You have lost me as a customer forever.

Evan,
I just want to start off by saying thank you so much for your professionalism and willingness to work with me on making a deal for this vehicle. I greatly appreciate everything you did for me. It was a great to meet you and to put a face with a name. My original impression of you was even more reinforced after meeting you. I really enjoyed working with you and your staff. You all made me feel comfortable and welcome and not rushed, and you all never displayed an sort of negativity as far as I could see.
Very Respectfully,
Andrew; USMC

Dear Mr. Mike Smith, I just had to tell you about the Super service I received from the dealership at 9520 W. Broad Street, Henrico, Va. On Sunday, while I was driving, my driver's side window just went down and wouldn't go back up. So, first thing Monday morning I was headed to Mazda to get it fixed, I certainly couldn't drive with my window open in this frigid weather! Well, I went out Monday morning, and my car wouldn't start, had to call AAA. (nice way to start a Monday morning). Upon arriving at Mazda, I was greeted by Joe Slaughter, told him it was emergency and could he do my car that day. I actually expected that he would have to keep the car overnight, which would have been a real inconvenience. The car was finished by lunchtime. Pam Johann, called to let me know when it was ready and was just wonderful when I came in to pick up my car. I should also mention, the person who took me to work, nice personable man, and I appreciate the shuttle service. So, overall, I would rate the service A+++++. Thank you so much, and hope you have a wonderful day.

My car was stolen while in their possession and they could not care less.
I dropped my car off for service at Mazda and went there when it was ready to be picked up. AFTER I paid $600 for the service and waited 20 minutes, I was informed that they could not locate my keys. They said sorry, I will have to file a police report and there is nothing they could do.
My keys were obviously left in the car unattended, or in a place easily accessible to a thief. This dealership is careless and irresponsible!
