I have used this company for over ten years and have no complaints; of course I do pay my bills. The office people are very pleasant and the technicians have always been courteous and did a good job. They even helped me get my cat out of ductwork on one occassion.

Pros: Very pleasant, competitive prices

I used this company because they had installed the HVAC Units in my house when it was built, per the paperwork from the original homeowners, and there was still a warranty I had found out. First of all, they never pick up when you call it takes them hours to call you back. The women, Sharon, had told me there would be no charge everything was covered, after I had told her we were not the original homeowners. I then receive a bill in the mail for the labor charges, after I was told there would be no charge, I had to call and question it. When I spoke with her she was as rude to me, and she told me I lied to her about not being the original homeowner so I didn't have to pay a charge, when I clearly stated to her we were not. I told her I did not lie, she gave me false information, and that the customer is always right, and she goes well you are wrong. She accused me of lying to get out of paying the bill, when that was not the case, I told her she gave me false information, and she then told me she should of never had someone come to my house as quick as they did because I did not appreciate it.

Now I was not trying to get out of paying the bill, and I then questioned why she did not have the decency to call me and explain what happened that she made a mistake and that there was a charge, and she did not care to provide me that extra step of customer service, she just told me how she had over 70 people to deal with that week instead of me. Now if she had over 70 people do you really think she would remember my exact words I said on the phone, and then to accuse me of lying.

I then asked to speak to her manager and she goes I am the manager, and I said there is someone else who has to work here and she goes well he won't call you back.

She then continued to yell at me. I have never been spoken to like this before, and this is the worst possible customer service I have ever received in my life. I have never been told that I lied to someone, when I clearly did not.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I would never recommend them to anyone, unless you want to deal with the rudest customer service.
