Very clean, friendly staff, great place to work out, got to try it!! Not always crowded depends what time you get in there. Parking can be a bit crowded.

I have always hated going to gyms but Gold's in Merrifield is awesome! The staff is friendly and they seem really genuine. Their schedules are great for those people who work full time and the kids gym is awesome and bright with cool toys and activities!
