If you are looking for a pediatrician for your child, I strongly discourage you from this facility. First of all, the lobby is cold during all seasons of the year. Even in the winter time, cold air blows on you, which can be very uncomfortable for a sick baby. The staff is rude over the telephone and in person and you feel like you are just "another number." For example, each time I call, I am told abruptly to "hold on" before I can speak, and I am often disconnected and have to call back. The hard plastic chairs in the lobby are very uncomfortable to sit in, and the wait time is too long, sometimes forty-five minutes or longer. The nurses are not gentle enough with the babies, and when I brought my son for his immunizations, the needle was "jabbed" into his thighs so hard that he screamed. That was the fifth and last time I have ever taken my son to this facility, and I will never take him there again.

PROS: The doctor's respond to pages almost immediately, even on holidays
CONS: Quality of service is low
