We looked around for a new but used car. We wanted something new and reliable however we didn??t have enough credit or money to afford a brand new car. We were smart shoppers. We did our research and went to many different dealers. We then stopped by Leesburg Honda and everything changed front heat point. They told us we could get a brand new car in our budget. That made us really happy. We are now the proud owners of a new Accord and we love it. We are so glad we stopped by Leesburg Honda. They changed everything.

Leesburg Honda had a great selection of car for us to choose from. Many models in many different colors. When we arrived there we weren??t bombarded like most other dealers. Brad very kindly said if you guys need any help just let me know and ill be right there. That gave us a great deal or relief that we weren??t going to be hassled and forced to make a purchase. We did pick out and Brad took us for a test drive and the rest is history. Greatest car buying experience I have ever had.

We looked around for a new car for a while. We looked at a few different dealers and test drove several cars. We just really enjoyed the new Honda CRV. We test drove it at Leesburg Honda. We didn??t purchase that day but we did go back. When we went back to my surprise the person that helped us remembered us. That shows me I wasn??t just another person to him. Coming to Leesburg Honda was great. They were very helpful and super supportive with I told them my credit was up to par. They told me that they have had people in the past they were able to help and get financed. They wanted to see my report to make sure they would be able to help me out. I was ok with this and they did so. After about 15 min they came and told me I would be approved for a decent used car. This was the first place that would even take a chance on me. If not for them my kids would still be riding around in my old car which was a ticking time bomb. It was very unreliable and im extremely grateful to Leesburg Honda for giving me a second chance.

My sister bought her Accord at Leesburg Honda and it was such a nice car. I had been looking to purchase a new vehicle but just didn't know of any vehicles that interested me, but when I saw her car I had to go look for myself. When I came into Leesburg Honda I wasn't there to make a purchase right then but just wanted to look around. I spoke with Tim Fitzgerald. He was so professional and very understanding. When he had taken the time to walk me through all the cars and there special features and also the prices. I found myself looking at a 2010 Odyssey and it was perfect color and all. Tim made me a very great deal I just couldn't say no, so i decided today was the day for a new car. The purchasing process and paperwork was fast and easy. Headed to Leesburg Honda to get my brakes checked do to a loud squeak, needless to say I went without an appointment and not knowing if it were my breaks. I went to the service department and they were so nice to me, they took my car back to see, within thirty minutes came back to me and said that I didn??t need brakes down they just needed a little cleaning they had buildup. The car was pulled up front for me and out the door I went. I was so happy that I did not have a pressure purchase. They made it quick and simple for me, I am glad I chose to purchase from them and not any other dealer.

I have had my 2005 Honda Accord serviced/repaired by this shop multiple times, and have been really impressed by the honesty of the service staff and the competitive prices. I even take my wife's Toyota in for service, despite this being a Honda dealer. Each time I take a vehicle in, they call after they have inspected it to tell me what my options are and what the costs will be. I have never felt pressured to buy more expensive parts or to make unnecessary repairs, and the service staff is really good about explaining the technical background for repairs. They have even offered up advice on how to do things more cheaply on several occasions. I've had a lot of bad experiences with shops around town, and am very glad to have found an honest repair shop. You have the Most Amazing Team over at Leesburg Honda. This purchase was a surprise birthday present for my wife who is 7months pregnant with our 4th child. We were running out of room fast in our old vehicle. I honestly thought there was no way I was going to be able to get the trade in amount I wanted, the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted. Furthermore even if I did, I had thought there was no way with my recent bankruptcy that I would get approved for financing. There were alot of hurdles I had to go through. The financing piece was instrumental, not only did I get approved, I got a rate that was unbelievable in regards to my circumstances. They even brought out a huge red bow for me to stick on the car for her when I got home. You all managed to make it happen and now we are proud owners of a brand new Honda Odyssey Touring. Romey was the best salesmen I have ever worked with in my entire life, he is a natural at what he does. Thanks Uncle Romey I hope he is there for many years to come so we can look forward to talking with him when we come to the new dealership. Ultimately Thanks to the team that was involved in making it happen. I shopped around on the internet and knew what my next car was going to be, I knew what I wanted to pay and the invoice price of the vehicle.Leesburg Honda is not the closest place to me, but showed me that they wanted my business. They called me everytime I called, and responded to my emails quickly. We pretty much agreed on a price before I step foot in the dealership. They made a deal, gave me his word, and kept it.The salesman got the car ready for me and we took it for a test drive. One thing I appreciated was that the car I bought had all the things the similar model at other dealerships had like pinstripes and trunk mats, but the salesman didn't act like he was "throwing them in" or adding them on or anything like that.They didnt try to take me for a fool. Great experience! We stopped at Leesburg Honda to test drive a mini-van and SUV, They greeted us, showed a few vehicles, then allowed us to take the mini on a test drive. The next day, we discovered the Costco Auto Program on the internet. We filled out the form, and Costco sent our information to Leesburg Honda. We were contacted and received a price quote within hours, which was the best price out of the 5 other dealerships we contacted. We then finalized the purchase of our 2010 Honda Odyssey. There was no pressure. We even changed our minds on the color, but they accomodated us with without any hassle. These three salesmen made the dreaded "car salesman" experience a thing of the past. We have nothing but praise for their professional manner, and we love our Odyssey!

Leesburg Honda has to be the most perfect Honda dealer on the entire east coast. We have searched for the right one for over 3 months. They are willing to work with prices and they know more about their cars and there standard equipment as well as add ons.If you are in the car market I would recommend Leesburg Honda to buy a car, new or used.I haven't done service yet but its on my list of things to do I will be sure to share that experience.

Came in to Leesburg Honda because I got a flyer in the mail. It was a promotion they were running, that had ended the day before. However they said they could probably still honor it. After speaking to a manager, we started looking at some cute Honda Civics. I found a white one brand new, it looked fully loaded, sunroof, leather, cd-player,cute alloy rims and a spoiler. So we took it for a test drive, as soon as I sat in the car I knew it was meant for me. I loved how the seats hugged me, the way it drove, the radio was nice quality. We got back to the dealership and started getting to the part everyone hates, the numbers. I gave them the keys to my current 2001 Honda Civic, they appraised it and actually were right at what I was thinking. Then we got the price on the 2011 Honda Civic. After figuring out all the number they ran my credit to see what finance rate I would get, which would give me exact payment. Mean while I was on the phone with my insurance company trying to see how much my insurance would move up with this new Civic. suprisingly it was only $20 a month difference in price. At the end of the whole process, I walked out of Leesburg Honda with a brand new 2011 Honda Civic, with great warranty for little to nothing down, with an affordable payment. The best part was the experience everyone was very honest and helpful, didn't give you the run around, didn't do the waiting game, just here is what it is does it work for you. Which was a nice change compared to what I have done and gone through with other dealerships. Leesburg Honda did a great job, and I will definetly refer people their direction.

After figuring out all the number they ran my credit to see what finance rate I would get, which would give me exact payment. Mean while I was on the phone with my insurance company trying to see how much my insurance would move up with this new Civic. suprisingly it was only $20 a month difference in price. At the end of the whole process, I walked out of Leesburg Honda with a brand new 2011 Honda Civic, with great warranty for little to nothing down, with an affordable payment. The best part was the experience everyone was very honest and helpful, didn't give you the run around, didn't do the waiting game, just here is what it is does it work for you. Which was a nice change compared to what I have done and gone through with other dealerships. Leesburg Honda did a great job, and I will definetly refer people their direction.

After talking with him, I walked straight to the front and asked to talk to a sales man. The salesman came up and asked me how he could help. I was taken back since this person actually initiated to assist me-quite rare now a days. It was regarding replacement of control arm bushings of my HONDA Element from a previous inspection. A service that was recommended by Leesburg and would be quite costly to repair.
Being a skeptical type, I had my car checked for a second opinion by an independent mechanic and found that it was not needed. I wrote a scalding review all over the net about my experience at Leesburg.

I came to Leesburg Honda because of an email I received. I had looked at a car on there lot but was unable to get financed. That was about 2 years ago. Their service/repair dept. is awesome! I totally recommend them! After almost getting ripped off by the other Honda dealer, I came down to Leesburg to get them took a look at my TPMS sensor light. Within an hour and a half, they had replaced the sensor and changed my oil. Total cost was $31. The TPMS was malfunctioning but not physically damaged, so it was covered under Honda's warranty. Meanwhile, the Other Honda store had concluded that it was beyond the scope of the warranty and wanted $290 for the same repair (without the oil change). You can imagine how happy I was to hear that it was covered under warranty! Ted was my service advisor and he was a complete professional. He gave me such a favorable impression of Leesburg that I'm inclined to make the drive down to their each time I need some major servicing or need to buy a new Honda. Thanks guys! It's great to meet an honest and trustworthy dealer service shop.

I prefer the "light green (green mist or something) in the 2007 CRV. You had one I missed seeing at approx. $19K. My error was in thinking my wife was ready to focus on another car. Oops. She is interested in the vehicle but just not giving it a high priority at the moment. I have a Dodge Grand Caravan, 2005, 41K miles in really excellent condition I would like to trade. She feels she would be giving up the "room to carry stuff" that she enjoys with the van. Also, it is a value of the van "trade in" that is giving her some concern. The Caravan is good and in excellent condition so she hates to part with it.
So, in short, your folks did well with all I needed and I will keep up the effort to get that CRV from you in the future. Looking for 40K miles or less, AWD, 4 cyl.in light green (red may work). I recently had what I believed would be a routine oil/filter/tire rotation appointment handled at your facility by Mr. Fitzgerald. I own a 2008 Accord which I purchased at your dealership and had, to date, been very satisfied with the automobile and the service.

Indeed, although I suggested replacing not only one tire, but also a second one to match, Mr. Fitzgerald and his technicians were honest enough to explain why I didn't need a second tire and, why I didn't need an alignment. I am very grateful for the opportunity they afforded me to save some money, especially in this economy and I believe their actions proved false the old stereotype of auto dealers gouging customers at every turn.

I recently had what I believed would be a routine oil/filter/tire rotation appointment handled at your facility by Mr. Fitzgerald. I own a 2008 Accord which I purchased at your dealership and had, to date, been very satisfied with the automobile and the service.

Everything looked good on the car so we proceeded to make an offer. The sales person John said we would have to drive the car to make the offer as he could not sell it through the phone and we could not buy it with out making sure everything was working and correct. Made sense, so we went over and took it for a drive. It was just what we wanted. And it was certified by Honda so It was available for s better warranty than if it was not. The transaction financing and follow up have been professional and Thoreau. My daughters happy I dont have to worry about her calling for money to fix something on it and they were very friendly. This is a fair place and I would buy again when we need another car.

He followed thru and invited us in for a test ride and to appraise our van. We are now driving our new Honda Accord and very happy about the complete transaction.
