.

I met with them a couple of times. We sketched out a bunch of rings but nothing grabbed me so I decided to leave and try it on my own for awhile and come back. I really wanted something unusual. I came back (w/o an appointment) they were all booked, but they let me sit with one of their CAD designers (not one of the artisans) who worked with me on my final design. I think this worked to my advantage since he was the one who would end up creating the computer image of the ring, based on our discussions (versus having to work from notes by the artisan). He designed the first ring to my specs and emailed them to me, but I wasn't wild about my design once I saw it a 'real' format versus my sketch. So I emailed him another sketch and he created a new set of computer images of that design. He and I collaborated on it via emails - tweaking it until I got just what I wanted (which I was figuring out along the way). He sent me the computer images and I accepted them, and then I went in to see the wax prototype. Glad I did. I had designed it too wide for my finger. So he adjusted the images and made the back less wide yet keeping the overall shape and design. Now it is absolutely perfect. Perfect fit, perfect style, perfect service. I couldn't be any happier. Also, I think the price is very reasonable ($1200) for a wide and heavy band holding three stones that is a one of a kind ring - plus all the design work. It is one of a kind. I highly recommend this group.

My husband and I both got our wedding rings at Dominion Jewelers. My engagement ring had been custom made by a family friend in NY and I was afraid that I would not be able to find a wedding ring that would match the setting. They worked with me and we ended up with some perfect that looks great with my engagement ring. All of the staff there were very nice, and very accomdodating when I needed my ring re-sized just a week before the wedding! I also liked that it was a small family owned business-we got much better attention and service than when we went to some of the bigger chains
