I've been taking my Mercedes cars to MB of Alexandria since 2002 when I purchased my first one, a C240. Since then, I've owned a C320, an SL-500 and an R-500. I have always been happy with the service department from the initial appointment making process to checking out on completion of the repairs. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. If the repair is a simple bulb replacement, it is handled as soon as I drive into the reception area and I can be on my way in minutes. I highly recommend MB of Alexandria for sales and services!
I took my car for my annual maintenance for the second time and as I expected received a speedy and excellent service from knowledgeable professionals. I even received free estimated for some body work that is not included in my annual maintenance. While my car was in service, I was given a free rental car. The staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend the service from this dealer.
Second experience with MB of Alexandria. Another example of outstanding service. First experience was $3000 of repairs covered completely by recall and warranty work, at 145K, no less!. Took C230 back after four months for check engine light. The light was for a different issue. Service dept found problem and advisor called to tell me to keep the rental over the weekend as they didn't have the part in stock. Part arrived Monday and I was back in my car that afternoon. Great service for a car with 150K on it now. Will return to the dealership for next work.
This is a world class Mercedes-Benz dealership with genuine world class technicians. My service advisor, Rick Savanh, is also world class. He takes great care of my 1998 C-Class by keeping me informed of the car's status while in for repairs, and by explaining which items are critical and need to be done immediately, and those less urgent that can be done at a later date. These are people you can trust - they care about the customer as well as the car. I recommend Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria to all my friends.
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the service I received at MB of Alexandria. I found the employees to be knowledgeable, friendly, aand efficient. Having had the experience of receiving service from many other automotive service centers, I can say with certainty the the MB of Alexandria is by far the best place to take your car! I would recommend it without hesitation.
I purchased my C300 series from Mercedes Benz of Alexandria almost 3 years ago. My car has been serviced at this location since the car was purchased. The service has always been excellent and am always treated with a smile. I recommended this dealership to several friends. So far one of my friends purchased a vehicle there a couple of months ago.

It took 30 days and a service advisor who yield at me to end my relationship with Mercedes benz of alexandria. it all started when my car was held at the dealership for 30 days. I gave them my SLK 320 because it was overheating and i ended up paying about $3000 for a cooling system repairs + a control monitor change. It took them 30 days, couple of wrong part ordered and bad diagnostic to have my car repaired. First time they said they repaired the car and gave it to me; the same night after i picked it up, I saw smoke coming off my engine. I returned it right away. The second appointment they held the car for 3 weeks because they could not figure out how to fix my overheating problem. I had to cancel all my trips because i was given a loaner that i could drive only around Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia. About a month and a half ago, i received a request to complete a survey from Mercedes Benz USA about the repair of my SLK 320 at MB Alexandria. Guess what ? I told them exactly what i just said here Today for the first time since they finally repaired my vehicle, i go to MB Alexandria to have My Cigarette Lighter repaired. I was referred to the same service advisor who repaired my car; which started yelling at me in front of everybody in the dealership because I wrote an honest Survey review about the poor pricey repair service they gave to my car and the inconvenience I experienced for 30 days. Then, I asked the same advisor if he could check my cigarette lighter and he denied me service. Every body at the dealership saw what was happening, heard how the service advisor yield at me, and nobody even tried to help me. They all watched me leave the dealership
I have owned 2 Mercedes Bernz automobiles and have both serviced at Mercedes-Benz of Alexandrias. The great personal service and professionalism of my service advisor has been what keeps me coming back. I fell that all of the service advisors and technicians really care about getting it right.
A very understanding and efficient service department. I like the fact everyone gets assigned a service representative, so you have just one person to contact, who stays on top of your vehicles status. They definitely do care about the customer, as they offer a loaner vehicle to use while yours is in the shop. Everyone is just so friendly, I plan on this being my one and only service center.
Rick Savanh is my service advisor, and he is the best ever. He not only takes good care of my '02 S-Class Mercedes-Benz - he takes good care of me and my pocketbook. I love Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria and recommend it to all of my friends and neighbors. Only one time did I ever have a problem and the Service Manager, John Petronio, took care of it immediately. Love the new look and the ability to watch the guys working on my car.
I don't usually write reviews of business enterprises, but my recent experience at Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria was so special I decided to tell everyone. Horst von Schilling, my service advisor, was so knowledgeable and so helpful in identifying what services I needed to do immediately, and which could be postponed. The people at the loaner car counter (Enterprise) were so friendly and the process was quick and painless. When I returned to pick up my car it had been washed and looked brand new. Even the cashier was friendly.
I have used the service department 3-4 times during the past year, all warranty items except for the last visit. I'm not typically a fan of car dealership service departments, but I have been pleasantly surprised. They have been very professional and responsive to my needs. Customer care and satisfaction are clearly evident in their approach to business. I'll reserve the 5th star for when they offer a significant discount for being a loyal customer, but I'm happy to give them a solid recommendation based on my first-hand experience with them.... Although I purchased my car from another Mercedes dealer, I service my cars at Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria and wholeheartedly recommend others do the same. The only reason I purchased elsewhere was that was where that particular pre-owned car was located. This is a great dealership, close to where I work and live. The people are friendly and helpful. AMAZED (In a very good way)!!! I recently purchased a car at MB of Alexandria and had a mechanical issue that was not covered under the warranty. After hearing of my issue the client service manager contacted me to evaluate my issue and asked if there was anything that he could do to assist me. He was very empathetic to my situation and was very diligent in resolving the issue. He follow up almost daily until everything was corrected. He turn a potential unpleasant experience to a positively memorable experience. His assistance alone changed my entire mindset of Mercedes Benz. He took customer service to another level. I only have positive things to say regarding the customer service I received at MB of Alexandria!
David Johnson is an excellent professional and has an excellent memory and recall on prior service and the vehicles owned by the car owner. He is outstanding to work with and at understanding the customer's needs. He is good a suggesting near and long terms maintenance needs for the vehicle. I appreciate the personal touch I get when I take my car in for service. I really like having my car washed too! I receive various information in the mail and once an owner of a Mercedes Benz, always an owner. How can a driver go back to anything else? You become addicted to the performance.
