I like the salesperson, Carl. Carl had a great personality, and he presented the Tacoma very well to me. He explained everything about it. Financing was very good and very easy. I love my Tacoma. I love my truck. I have been looking for it for six months. My only complaint is that all you had were guy colors, not girly colors. I bought the silver, but it comes with a gray interior - boring. I'm going to put pink seat covers on it. They built the truck thinking only of men. But women want a nice truck too. I'll make it look more girly. I would recommend, it was excellent.

My son had bought a Toyota, and he loves it. And that's why I went there and bought my car. The sales person was awesome. He talks real nice, and letting you know what's going on. He's in training, I think he was helpful. I do like my new Toyota, but if I had it to re-do, I would have got what my son got - a Corolla. I like it when he takes me places in his car. I have another Toyota, a Highlander, but it's too big for me. My significant other drives that. Yes, we're a Toyota Family. We will be back here when one of us needs another car.

I'm retired military, I've listened to their ads and appreciate what they say. I would give the salesperson a 10+. He attended to my every need. The financing went fine. The finance manager was retired Navy and I'm retired Air Force, so we got along just fine. There are ads all over the television and on the internet. They do a good job of getting their name out there. The car is a dream. My daughter drives it mostly, she lets me drive it too. She's a good girl. Most definitely would recommend.

First off we were looking for a Toyota because we know they're dependable cars. We decided this would be the first place to look. The salesman was very, very good. He was very concerned for the customer. He listened to what we wanted and found us the right car. We found it quick and easy. For years we have driven by this dealership and we felt our experience was just great. I found what I wanted and I love it!

It was platinum, five star. I got exactly what I wanted. Two people worked with me, and were star players. First of all there was Durand, he was the tops. Tony was wonderful too. I would say that Durand and Tony were the most personal people there. Marvin was our finance manager. He is a military veteran. He's very businesslike, but he did a great job. We love our car. We may have to get a bigger car though because we are going to have more children. We love our Escape.

It was wonderful working with RK Toyota in Hampton. They showed me a few different cars and helped me to see which one was the best one for me. I had always wanted another Toyota. There's nothing like them. I had a Tercel back in the day and it just ran and ran. I even gave it to my kids and it still kept running. I said to myself that this time I'm going to get myself another Toyota. They were very polite and explained everything - what was good to have and what I didn't need to have. The salesman was wonderful.

This place is terrible. The deal I made with the salesman included some things that didn't end up getting installed as I requested. I was sick when my husband went to pick up the van, and he charged us more than we had agreed and also added on some extra warranties into the price.

Then, later when my husband took the car to get the tires rotated, they couldn't even get that right. They didn't finish screwing the lug nuts on AT ALL on one of the tires, so when he started to drive off, the wheel started coming off!
