Rapid, responsive, informative and complete phone calls which helped us to work the problem regardless of who was selected to perform the work. A detailed and clear proposal - which gave us confidence and tended to reinforce the proposals of the other bidders. Price proposed was second lowest in a stack of five which clustered within a spread of $900. Locally, best known of the five bidders. Wife's sister had done business with Ricahrds in past; recommended highly - though not in our immediate neighborhood.
All of the four contractors nominated were very responsive - next morning - professional and credible. None of them wasted my time.

Our experience with Richards Air Conditioning Company, Inc. was just fantastic and i could not be happier. Mr. Smith and Vick were exceptional to work with. Vick took the time to walk me through how he was going to set up the new Aprilaire Humidifier, and completed the job in a timely manner. They were the lowest in price by almost $100! Knowing this is a quality local company that prides itself on exceptional workmanship and whom my neighbors had trusted, well the low cost was music to my ears (esp considering we did new hardwood floors, paint 1/2 our interior, and did siding trim all in one month :) Great job Richards, we are THRILLED!
