East Coast appliances are run rather like a used car store. they are only interested in selling you new products. They have zero ethics and even less customer service. Please go to Sears or another appliance vendor. They do not stand behind their products and everything they tell you is never the truth.

I have purchased several appliances from EC & I couldn't be more pleased! Most recently, I purchased a washer/dryer and once again, East Coast was timely and professional with delivery, installation and followup. I strongly recommend these good folks!!!!!

Finally! Someone who cared about what I needed and not just selling me something. Not only got the perfect stove ( at the best price) but got it delivered the next day. Even the delivery guys asked if I had questions about my stove. Thanks everyone at East Coast. You made iy so easy

** GREAT SERVICE** I would highly recommend East Coast Appliance. The people are friendly and are willing to help you find what you want and pay a great price too. I found the kitchen package I wanted, and the price I wanted to pay. The sales person told me it should be in within 7-10 days. Then he would call me to arrange delivery and install. He called me 10 days later and we setup the delivery and install. When the appliances were delivered I was so excited they looked great in my newly remodeled kitchen, which my family and I are really enjoying. Thanks to all of the people who made my experience a great one.. I will return to East Coast Appliance for my next appliance purchase. It was a great experience.

this place was awful and way overpriced. We were looking for a washer and no one in the store was helping us whatsoever. so we took our prices and went to an appliance/decor store on General booth Blvd and they beat the price by 10% and they are friendly and helpful and I will always go back to them. Do not go to East Coast. Try Dr. Johnny's on General Booth.

If there were "zero" stars....that is what I would rate East Coast appliance. For 2 1/2 months I have been dealing with issues regarding my 1000.00 washing machine. Our first machine was severely damaged on the outside. Delivery ended up leaving the damaged washer with us, because they had destroyed my current washer, while removing it to my garage. On 5 different occasions, we were told that the new washer had been ordered. It never had. It was not until we notified Visa to cancel payment, that we finally had a new washer ordered. Our new washer came only to spray water all over our teak hard-wood flooring. A service visit ended with a piece of tin-foil to block the water until parts could be ordered. Guess what? The tin-foil did not work. It has been five days of phone calls and messages left, and I cannot get the customer service rep. to call me back. At this point, we want East Coast to pick up the washer and dryer, and refund our money. We will be cancelling our visa once again. One more note, when service came out to foil my washer, I was told that they could not work on my machine until I signed a waiver. This waiver stated that East Coast would not be responsible if their own service tech damaged our machine or our home in any way. Of course I refused to sign the waiver. I have never read something so ridiculous in my entire life. This "legal" document was full of incomplete and grammatically incorrect sentences. What a joke.

The person didn't know what they were doing, and charged our account for something that was not done! They are a 'Ripe-Off' Vendor and we are going to call the "Better Business Bureu" on them.
I guess they can open more stores and advertise on TV due to their 'ROBBERY' of their customers!
DO NOT USE THEM! Go to Lowes instead.

I would not rec. East Coast Appliance. They may have good prices but dealing with them AFTER you have bought is a different story. When I cancelled an appointment one day in advance because of a very ill dog who had to have a series of vet appointments; I received 2 letters admonishing me and advising me that I would be responsible for a restocking fee. The repairman had NOT been to check the dryer so what parts could possibly have been ordered ??!! I could not get through to a supervisor so I finally drove to the store re: these letters. He was surprised at the letters also. I have waited all afternoon for a dryer repairman today.Run to your nearest Sears !!

I HAVE A STOVE UNDER WARRANTY, BROKEN FOR A MONTH AND A HALF, TECH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HERE 12/15/06 BETWEEN THE HOUR OF 130PM AND 330PM TO REPAIR IT, I CALLED THE TECH AT 530PM AND SHE STATED SHE WAS ON HER WAY OUT OF TOWN AND SOMEONE ELSE WAS COMING TO REPAIR IT. TODAY IS 12/16/06 AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE REPAIRS TO BE DONE.ON 12/16/06 I CALLED SALES DEPT. BECAUSE THE SERVICE DEPT. IS CLOSED ON SATURDAYS. I HAD TO CALL THREE TIMES BECAUSE ROBERT AND ERIN PUT ME ON HOLD AND FORGOT ABOUT ME, FINALLY MARK SPOKE TO ME AND ASKED FOR MY NAME AND NUMBER AND THAT SOMEONE WILL CONTACT ME. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN OR RECEIVED IN MY LIFE. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! WILL MAKE SURE I TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS ETHICS. ONCE YOU BUY THEIR MERCHANDISE YOU NO LONGER MATTER.

WE WERE ABLE TO FIND THE BEST DEAL IN TOWN AT THIS STORE. THEY HAVE WHAT EVERYONE ELSE HAS A MUCH LOWER PRICES AND HAVE IT IN STOCK WITH MINIMAL DELIVERY TIME. HIGHLY RECOMMNED !
