This is a great place for a slightly upper-scale dining without a huge price tag. Depending on the dishes you order, it could get a little pricy. But my recommendation for a casual occasion is their "Make Your Own Pasta". You get to pick your own pasta type, sauce, toppings, and more, and it is reasonably priced at $8 to $10. If you order at least an entree, you get a huge loaf of very flavorful, freshly baked bread. It is a wonderful treat with the olive oil some servers will mix for you. Sometimes I would go there and order something, just to get the bread. The tables are covered with white paper, and the guests are supplied with crayons (regardless of age). I just love that. Now, on to the not-so-good things. This place gets really crowded during peak dinner hours. If you don't have a reservation, you can wait for an hour. The restaurant is usually noisy and you have to shout to carry on a conversation. The parking lot is shared with a few other popular establishments (a bookstore, a computer store, a linens store, and another restaurant), and it is very difficult to find a nearby parking spot. However, I would still pick dine-in over to-go. The food (especially the bread) just doesn't taste as good once you get home.

PROS: Superb bread. Make Your Own Pasta. Delicious food overall.
CONS: Long wait. Crowded parking lot.
