National Tire & Battery

The New N.T.B. I must say what was the old way of doing things there is no more.Sadly I must say I work for this company and so much has changed in over the last few years more now than ever corporate is trying to make us sell and push things that aren't needed or wanted.The first thing that is supposed to be done to a customers car when pulled in the shop is the hood is to be raised and looked over for things that can be sold or replaced and they do that to appear as a courtisy check when it's nothing more than a way of corporate trying to make you buy something in the meantime wasting more and more of the customers valuable time and chargeing a arm and a leg for service and products and not even paying their hourly employees minium wadge so in all reality while the big shots are stuffing thier pockets with your hard earned money getting $100,000 bonuses and company paid trips to mexico and carribeian cruises while we on the store level are starving and now they are complaining that the company is going broke and how we need to pick up on sales but yet thet still have enough to send all the big shots on these cruises and pay them $100,000 in just bonuses alone not encluding their salary pay which I might add is around $200,000 a year and while we on the store level are barely making and some of us aren't this company won't lift a finger to help us out anything that you are required to have you have to work there you are required to pay for it out of your own pocket .. With that I ask you a question.Does this sound like a company you would want to do business with?? Think about it if they do their own people like this what do you think they will do to you??
Yes this used to be a great place to bring your car to have it serviced now it's nothing more than a hollow image of what used to be But if you want to fund and line the pockets of rich corporate jerkoffs that could careless about you or it's lower level employees and wait for an hour and a half to get a job done that used to take a half hour have your car searched from front to back then by all means go there if not revolt against a greedy corporate giant machine and go to places other than Tire Kingdom,Merchants,NTB,Big O Tires, or Sumitomo tire,and drive this sorry greedy giant into the ground.. As far as those whom work at this store they are very good people but are all threatend by the big corporate machine with their jobs everyday if they are not successful so they are driven to do some things they know are wrong..

We have always gotten our tires at NTB and the service is wonderful. They know what they are doing and they don't try to sell you things you don't need. They are just great!
